Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before service confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable if:

• Service is not delivered
• Vendor cancels the order

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed services
• User cancellation after confirmation

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

5. Disputes

All disputes will be reviewed and resolved by Local Serve support team.
