This agreement is between Local Serve and the Vendor:
1. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors must provide accurate service details and maintain quality.
2. Commission
Local Serve may charge a commission on each order.
3. Payments
Payments will be settled as per agreed terms.
4. Compliance
Vendors must follow all legal and business regulations.
5. Termination
Local Serve can remove vendors for misconduct or poor service.
6. Liability
Vendors are responsible for their services and customer satisfaction.
